Will serves as the Chair of the House Committee on Labor, Industrial, and Rehabilitative Services. In this role, he leads efforts on critical issues such as labor, wages, workers’ compensation, and job retraining, striving to ensure a fair balance between employee rights and industrial needs.

A dedicated community leader, Will earned his BS in Business Administration from St. Michael’s College and has been a proud resident of Manchester, NH, since 1997. He co-founded Aspen Insurance Agency and is a member of Optisure Risk Partners. Will’s commitment to public service is evident in his long tenure as a New Hampshire State Representative. During this time, he has also served as Vice Chair and Chairman of the Labor Committee. His extensive involvement includes roles on the Employment Security Advisory Board, Manchester Charter Commission, Manchester Water Commission, and NH Electrician’s Board. Additionally, Will contributes to the community through his work on the Board of Directors for the NH Insurance Agents Association and the NH Home Builders Association.
