Kathleen Paquette is a New Hampshire State Representative serving Hillsborough District 25 in Manchester. Having moved to Manchester as a young child, she has called the city home for most of her life. She spent more than 25 years working in healthcare and rehabilitation, serving seniors and children through the Manchester VNA, Manchester School District, Easterseals, and skilled nursing facilities before becoming a small business owner.
She serves on the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee, where she has worked to strengthen public safety, improve road safety, protect victims’ rights, and keep violent criminals off the streets.
Kathleen is committed to protecting taxpayers, supporting policies that promote safe New Hampshire communities, and ensuring her constituents have a strong voice in Concord. She is known for being responsive to her constituents and is actively involved in helping residents navigate city and state government, connecting them with resources and working to resolve concerns.
Family is everything.
She is the proud mother of four adult children and grandmother of four. She also shares her home with two rescue pugs. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, reading, attending live music events, and spending time enjoying New Hampshire’s beautiful outdoors.

A personal word from Kathleen:
I’m Just Getting Started!
When I first ran for office, I made a promise to be accessible, listen to my community, and always put the people of Manchester first. That commitment hasn’t changed.
Over the past two years, I’ve learned how to navigate the legislative process, build relationships, and turn ideas into meaningful results. Every challenge has made me a stronger advocate for the people I represent. But there is still so much more to accomplish.
I want to continue finding practical solutions, helping constituents cut through government bureaucracy, and working on the issues that matter most to New Hampshire families. Whether it’s answering a phone call, helping someone find the right resources, or working on legislation that improves lives, I believe public service is about showing up and making a difference.
As your experienced Ward 5 candidate, I’m just getting started.
