Republican David Boutin Wins Senate 16 Race

Republican David Boutin trounced his Democratic opponent Jeff Goley in all three Manchester wards, beating Goley in his home Ward 1.  Boutin also won every remaining town in the district, including Hooksett, Candia, Bow and Dunbarton.  The special election was for the State District 16 Senate seat.
